<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively evaluate the system operation state of a management- system introduced organization, to reduce the cost needed to introduce a management system, and to reduce the operation cost while making it easy to operate and fix the management system. SOLUTION: In addition to an evaluating institution which evaluates the operation state of the management system, a grading institution is incorporated to provide a system which can obtain the relative evaluation of the operation state. An ASP provides dedicated operation support software for the management system to reduce the charged to the organization to be evaluated, slim stored documents, simplify data gathering by the grading institution, etc., and provide the easiness of relative comparison. The evaluating institution and evaluated organization share data to actualize on-line evaluation, saves the trouble to make a field research, and lower the evaluation cost.</p> |
