<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily allow grasping degree of interest and progress conditions of a doctor getting ready for a start of practice before a telephone call or an interview and the like and facilitates contact with the doctor. SOLUTION: In a support system for start of practice, status of each doctor getting ready for starts of practice are classified as (a) doctors as beginners and impossible to estimate the time for start, (b) doctors expecting to start in the next few years and (c) doctors being around the corners for the start. An e-mail delivery server 21 delivers regularly e-mail magazines of published contents varying with the status. The doctors getting ready for the starts browse an e-mail magazine for the status (b), and selects e-mails desired for next time (3: information on dental equipment, etc.). A support server 11 for start of practice and the delivery server 21 change the status of the doctors in a member information database from (b) to (c), and at the next time, provide the magazine for the status (c) to the doctors. A sales person begins making contacts with the doctors in the status (c).</p> |
