<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting the properties of a liquid repellent film treating liquid for easily managing the properties of especially the treating liquid on the management of the treating liquid for preventing the characteristics of formed films from varying due to changes in the properties of the treating liquid in treating the liquid repellent film to be applied to inner walls of pores of parts with the pores etc. SOLUTION: The method for inspecting the properties of the liquid repellent film treating liquid is infrared analysis of a liquid with viscosity. In the method, the treating liquid is sucked and filtered via a filter. The liquid that have flown out is introduced to a needle-shaped or slice-shaped member, irradiated with infrared rays, and subjected to infrared analysis.</p> |
