PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently lessen an axial runout of a cylindrical roller during its rotation. SOLUTION: In a rolling surface 10 of a plurality of cylindrical rollers comprising a cylindrical roller bearing, a roundness of a cylindrical surface portion 11 located in an intermediate portion in an axial direction is set to be 0.1μm or less at a value measured by a radius measuring method. At the same time, a lot diameter variation that is a diameter difference between the greatest cylindrical roller and least cylindrical roller in the outside diameter of the cylindrical surface portion 11 of the above cylindrical rollers is 0.2μm or less. Further, the roundness of crowning portions 12 and 12 formed at both end portions in an axial direction of rolling surfaces 10 of the plurality of cylindrical rollers 7 is preferably 0.2μm or less at measured values by the radius measuring method.
