PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film greatly improved in a balance of several practical properties of the film, such as rigidity, heat-seal property, transparency, sliding property and anti-blocking property. SOLUTION: A non-oriented polypropylene monolayer film composed of a polypropylene resin composition, satisfies the following properties 1-4. Property 1: The heat-seal temperature (THS) of the film, based on JIS Z-1707, is 130 deg.C or below, and a tensile Young's modulus (YM) and the heat-seal temperature (THS) satisfy the formula 1. 0.05×YM+70<THS<0.05×YM+90 Formula 1. Property 2: A Haze value (HZ) of the film based on JIS K-7105 and a thickness (d) satisfy the formula 2. 0.04×d<HZ<0.04×d+2.0 Formula 2. Property 3: A coefficient of static friction based on ASTM D1894-90 is 0.50 or below. Property 4: A blocking strength of the film based on ASTM D1893 is 500 g/10 cm<2> or below.
