PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase data transmission speed between a memory and an operation circuit more than data transmission speed in the operation circuit. SOLUTION: Data transmission speed between a memory block 13 and a local logic circuit is increased by providing a local logic circuit 21 in an I/O section 20 near the memory block 13.
