PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer solid electrolyte compound membrane that has excellent ion conductivity and mechanical strength as can be used for the ion exchange membrane for a solid polymer fuel cell. SOLUTION: This is a compound membrane made of a porous membrane that is made of meta-phenylene-iso-phthal amide system polymer and has many uniform fine holes on the surface and inside, and has the rate of porocity of 40-90% and the rate of surface hole area of 10-70% and a polymer solid electrolyte substance such as perfluoro system resin that is contained in the porous section. |
