<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic information retrieval system for procurement which retrieves information for the procurement by the central and local governments through the Internet and prints out a list of the procurement information. SOLUTION: An automatic information retrieval system comprises a means to set a time to be connected to the Internet, a means to store a URL for an information retrieval Internet, a means to read sequentially URLs from the URL stored for the retrieval and accessing the URL read out, a means to read and store data on a home page for the connected URL, a means to extract the procurement information form the data on the home page read out and stored, a means to verify whether or not the procurement information matches the information already stored, a means to additionally store the procurement information if the information does not match the one already stored, and a means to output the procurement information.</p> |
