SOLUTION: A mediation system for medical institutions 10 consists of individual terminals 12, a server 14, and terminals for medical institutions 16, all of which are connected to the Internet 18 to be feasible for communication. The individual terminal 12 is a data communication terminal the patient uses. The server 14 is a computer that a mediator uses. The terminal for the medical institutions 16 is the computer that the medical institutions such as a hospital, a clinic, and the like use.
