<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch screen flat-panel display system for eliminating doubled material, reducing a cost, eliminating specific mechanical mount design, and increasing reliability. SOLUTION: This organic electroluminescence display has an integrated touch screen including (a) a transparent substrate having two surfaces, (b) a transistor switching matrix and a light emitting layer arranged on one surface of the substrate for emitting the light via the substrate, and forming an active matrix electroluminescence display, (c) a touch sensing element of the touch screen arranged on the other one surface of the substrate, (d) a constitutive part of a touch screen controller arranged on the one surface of the substrate, and (e) an electric connector for connecting the constitutive part of the touch screen controller on the one surface of the substrate to a touch screen element on the other one surface of the substrate.</p> |
