SOLUTION: The operation of a device to be controlled is detected, and a cycle time since a start condition is fulfilled until an end condition is fulfilled among the detected elements to be controlled is measured, and abnormality processing contents to be performed when the cycle time abnormality is occurred and the output destination register of a cycle time measured value are preliminarily set, and when the cycle time abnormality is occurred, the execution instruction of the abnormality processing and an instruction to write the cycle time measured value in the set output destination register are issued from a monitor device.</p> |
