SOLUTION: When each operation event to be evaluated of a batch operation is generated, a set value, an instructed value, and associated manipulated variables are extracted for each measuring unit to be monitored, and a deviation from the mean value of the past batch operation is calculated, and the normalized deviations of all the measuring units are averaged, and the validity or invalidity of a process state when the operation event is generated is judged based on the deviation. Thus, it is possible to quickly facilitate countermeasures when each event is generated based on the arithmetic operations in a real time.
