PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly carry out heating and a moisture content separation of steam exhausted from a high pressure turbine while relaxing a limitation in device arrangement and earthquake resistance design. SOLUTION: The high pressure turbine 3 driven by main steam from a nuclear reactor 1 and a low pressure turbine 4 are connected to each other via a connection pipe 5. In the middle of the connecting pipe 5, a moisture content separator 17 which eliminates the moisture content included in steam supplied to the low pressure turbine 4, and a steam heater 18 are arranged. In the steam heater 18, the steam, in which the moisture content is separated, from the moisture content separator 17, flows as a steam to be heated, and an extracted steam extracted from the high pressure turbine 3 and a part of the main steam flow as a heating source steam, whereby heating of the steam to be heated is carried out by the heating source steam. Accordingly, the moisture content separation of the exhausted steam from the high pressure turbine 3 and heating are properly carried out. Further, the limitation in the device arrangement and earthquake resistance design is relaxed to improve maintenance and inspection characteristics and to enhance a degree of freedom in arrangement.
