PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure controlling device of an industrial vehicle capable of operating a tilt cylinder and attachment cylinder without any influence from operation of a lift cylinder. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic pressure controlling device of the industrial vehicle having the tilt cylinder 3, the attachment cylinder 7, and the lift cylinder 5, a meter ring throttle 10 is arranged in an oil passage supplying working oil to the tilt cylinder 3, and a meter ring throttle 11 is arranged in an oil passage supplying working oil to the attachment cylinder 7. A pressure compensating valve 9 is further arranged so that a necessary flowing amount of working oil fed from a hydraulic power source is divided into the attachment cylinder 7 and tilt cylinder 3, and so that an excessive flowing amount is supplied to the lift cylinder 5.
