PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a tendency of integrating protocols. SOLUTION: This protocol integrated communication system is configured by integrating a protocol of a data communication network and a protocol for at least an extension telephone network with a prescribed Internet protocol and is provided with phone terminals each storing an extension telephone number assigned among extension telephone numbers corresponding to a prescribed extension telephone number system, executing processing corresponding to the extension telephone number depending on the operating state and acting as a component of the extension telephone network and with a call server corresponding to the protocol executing setup processing by mounting a 1st telephone number table storing the extension telephone numbers and external telephone numbers corresponding to the external line telephone number system comprising a telephone number system different from the extension number system and inspecting the 1st telephone number table.
