PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector, capable of radiating incident electromagnetic waves in the same direction as that of the incident direction and changing the polarization state. SOLUTION: A reflector 1 is provided with four pairs of array antennae 11-14 and 21-24. The respective array antennae 11-14 and 21-24 are formed, by arranging a plurality of antenna elements 6 on the surfaces of waveguies 5. The array antennae 11-14 and 21-24 are arranged in parallel to each other. Both the ends of the array antennae 11-14 and 21-24 are connected by a pair of waveguides 31-34 and 41-44. An information adding device 51 is inserted through the waveguides 31-34, and an information adding device 52 is inserted through the waveguides 41-44.
