PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of fitting work of female-male housings without enlarging a lever connector. SOLUTION: This lever connector has a male housing 39, a lever 41 freely rotatable by connecting the lengthwise side and the other side to this male housing 39, a connecting part 43 for connecting this lever 41 to the male housing 39, and the female housing 45 for housing and fitting the male housing 39. The connecting part 43 is composed of projection parts 51 and 51 arranged in either one of the male housing 39 or the lever 41, and engaging holes 75 and 75 for engaging with the projection parts 51 and 51 by being arranged in the other of the male housing 39 or the lever 41, and formed lengthwise toward one side of the lever 41 to the projection parts 51 and 51. The lever 41 can be displaced to the other side to a fitting position in a fitting state of the female-male housings 39 in a normal state.
