PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor capable of forming a stable, high quality image even in the repeated use thereof, and an electrophotographic device capable of steadily yielding high quality images even in the repeated use thereof. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor used in an electrophotographic device is characterized in that a protective layer contains two or more kinds of fillers of different specific resistances, and the proportion of the filler having the highest specific resistance increases continuously or gradually from the photoreceptor layer toward the surface.
