PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability system and a method for property maintenance which can maintain customer property even if a broker becomes bankrupt by entrusting the customer property early and keeping it as property in trust. SOLUTION: A broker system 1, a trust administrator system 2, a trust bank terminal device, trust bank terminal devices 3, and a user terminal device 4 are connected through a communication network 5. The broker system 1 receives agreement from a trust administrator (A) 6 at need. A database 12 of the broker system 1 and a database 22 of the trust administrator system 2 store information regarding funds of respective customers, etc., as individual virtual account data made to correspond to the respective customers, etc., in a broker trust account of a trust bank respectively. A data processing part 21 of the administrator system 2 updates corresponding virtual account data in the database 22 according to update information received from the broker system 1. |
