SOLUTION: When in-office operation systems IOS1 and IOS2 send buying orders and selling orders to the electronic commerce market system ETS through the Internet 5 together with attached conditions, the electronic commerce market system stores those selling and buying orders, searches for combinations of selling and buying orders whose attached conditions are met among them by multiple-to-multiple batch matching, and sends the corresponding selling orders or buying orders to the in-office operation systems through the Internet 5. Data stored in an electronic commerce market database 7 are updated by a data updating means including agreement signing actual result data regarding attached conditions of customer's vehicle seek orders or dealing orders of this company, an index calculating means of an electronic commerce market server 6 calculates an index reaching an agreement while the market state is reflected from the agreement signing actual result data, and an operation terminal 1 is made to display the index. |
