PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining the transmission gain function of a transmission/reception device. SOLUTION: At reception by an array, a first weighting vector (bu bar) is decided, so that the rate ((C/I+N)u ) of the signal received from a terminal to nose plus interference disturbing an unlink channel can be maximized, and at reception by a terminal, a second weighting vector (bd bar) for maximizing the rate (C/I+N)d ) of a signal received from a network and noise pulse interference disturbing a downlink channel is calculated from the first weighting vector, in matrix product form including a first noise matrix (Du ), which is the function of the power of a first isotropic noise and/or the power of a first directional noise and a second noise matrix (Dd ) which is the function of the power of a second isotropic noise and/or the power of a second directional noise.
