PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify connection between a switch diode and a band-switching circuit, and to use both of two different types of band-switching circuits. SOLUTION: The band-switching circuit comprises at least switch transistors 3a and 3b that are turned on and off when tuning circuits 1 and 9 are switched to a high band and a low band, respectively, a high-level voltage is applied to the anode of switch diodes 1f, 9c, and 9g of the tuning circuits 1 and 9, a first connection land 6 connected to the collector of the switch transistor 2a and 2b and a second connection land 4 connected to the cathode of the switch diodes 1f, 9c, and 9g are provided on a printed circuit board, and a conductive connection body 21 or an inverter 22 can be connected between the first and second connection lands 6 and 4.
