PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete member coupling apparatus which facilitates coupling between precast concrete members with high efficiency, and does not slip out of the members after coupling the same unless the apparatus is destroyed. SOLUTION: According to the apparatus, one of joint surfaces a, b of the respective precast concrete members 1, 1, has a synthetic resin projecting connector 2 protruded therefrom, while the other joint surface has a synthetic resin recessed connector 3 embedded therein, which allows the projecting connector 2 to be fitted therein. Then, by inserting the projecting connector 2 to the recessed connector 3, a fitting pin 36 arranged at the center of the recessed connector 3 is inserted into a pin fitting hole 26 formed in a fitting projection 21 of the projecting connector 2. At the same time, a slipout preventive engaging surface 25 at the tip of an elastic piece 23 of the projecting connector 2 is squeezed inside an engaging overhanging portion 23 in the recessed connector 3, to thereby positively prevent slipout of the connectors.
