PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect an embedded pipe in the ground such as sewerage to a manhole easily and adequately in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A precast concrete and its mold are installed along the outer periphery of manhole pipes where two inlets 4A and 4B are formed in the peripheral wall, and the precast concrete contains a bifurcate pipe 8 comprising a main pipe 8A and a sub-pipe 8B to be connected to the inlets 4A and 4B. On the other hand, the mold is constituted by a bottom plate having a curvature fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the manhole pipe below the outer frame, and this bottom plate is divided into a middle plate and a pair of end plates. The middle plate is movable in its bending direction and the end plate is movable in the ridgeline direction (length direction). The precast concrete obtained by the above is able to definitely connect the manhole to the embedded pipe containing bifurcate pipe 8 only by installing it along the outer peripheral surface of the manhole pipe.
