PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-hardenable resin composition which is excellent in adhesion to a transparent plastic base material, mold release characteristics from a mold matrix and transparency, has excellent shape- retaining property of a molded resin layer formed on a transparent base material over a broad temperature range and further hardly causing cleaving and cracking. SOLUTION: A hardened product is obtained by active energy ray-hardening of from resin composition containing an essential components an glycidyl(meth) acrylate, (meth)acrylate compound of an aliphatic polyvalent alcohol and monofunctional (meth)acrylate, and has a specified value with the measurement of dynamic viscoelasticity.
