PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a thermoelectric element array unit, in which a plurality of p-type thermoelectric elements and n-type thermoelectric elements are arranged. SOLUTION: There are provided a first insulation spacer 15a where one or more p-type element fixing/engaging through-holes 33 are arrayed in a column, and a second insulation spacer 15b where one or more n-type element fixing/engaging through-holes 34 are arranged in a column. A p-type thermoelectric element 1a is inserted and fixed to the p-type element fixing/engaging through-hole 33 of the first insulation spacer 15a, while an n-type thermoelectric element 1b is inserted and fixed to the n-type element fixing/engaging through- hole 34 of the second insulation spacer 15b. The first insulation spacer 15a and the second insulation spacer 15b are arrayed alternately, so that the p-type thermoelectric element 1a and the n-type thermoelectric element 1b are made to alternately adjoin each other.
