PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional hot-water supplier (pot) has taken much time for boiling water and water is supplemented when the amount of hot-water in the pot is reduced (water is re-heated) whereby wasteful labor is required when much amount of hot water is necessary and much time is necessitated when a cooking requires much amount of hot-water. SOLUTION: When the perfectly automatic hot-water supplier is used, hot-water can be used at any time by the automatic hot-water heating even when the amount of the hot-water is reduced while an electric power supply is cut automatically and water is discharged automatically when the hot-water is not necessitated (the time when the hot-water is not required is set previously) and when the hot-water is necessitated, water feeding, boiling and temperature retaining can be effected at any time whereby the hot-water supplier becomes very convenient.
