PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw nut device retaining high rigidity in the transferring direction while absorbing the influence of oblique errors of the transferring body against the ball screw shaft. SOLUTION: The device is provided: with a nut body 1 engaged with a ball screw shaft Z; an inner ring 2 fitted in the nut body whose outside diameter face is machined spherically; an outer ring 3 whose inside diameter face is installed with a specified distance against the outside diameter face of the inside ring and to which the transferring body T is fitted; the ball 4 interposed between the inside diameter face of the outer ring and the outside diameter of the inner ring; and engaging grooves 10a, 10b formed along the longitudinal line at the inside diameter face of the outside ring in the interposed position of the ball. The outer ring is freely movable along the longitudinal line direction together with the movable body through the ball.
