PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hammer head, which does not fall even by the application of external force such as a continuous impact by the operation or the like of a hammer grab and in which assembly and replacement are facilitated, and a hammer grab device using the hammer head. SOLUTION: In the hammer head 30 installed at one end of the hammer grab and engaged with a crown 50 suspended from a crane, the hammer head has an engaging section engaged with the crown 50, a sliding block 20 with a cylindrical section 21b extended in one direction, using the engaging section 21a as a starting point and a hammer head body 31 mounted around the cylindrical section, and the engaging section 21a and the cylindrical section 21b are formed by integral working.
