PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a gas hydrate, where the diffusion and dissolution of gas in water can be effectively performed, and the apparatus is simple and compact. SOLUTION: In a method for producing the gas hydrate by reacting water with gas as raw materials, a mixing and dissolution step of dissolving the gas in water by mixing them in the mid course of a line and a step of forming a gas hydrate by cooling the resultant mixture while passing the mixture through a reaction tube are provided. The adoption of the reaction tube can enable the tube to be cooled from its periphery and can therefore realize the simplification and compaction of the apparatus. |
