PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output current control circuit for a lambus DRAMin which circuit area and current consumption can be reduced. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with first and second current evaluating means 110, 120 evaluating current of data ports DQA, DQB respectively and outputting first and second control signals respectively, current control value generating means 130, 150 repeating alternately receiving the present current control value for a first control signal and the data port DQA and generating the next current control value for the data port DQA and receiving the present current control value for a second control signal and the data port DQB and generating the next current control value for the data port DQB, first and second control value latch means 160, 170 receiving current control values for the data ports DQA, DQB generated by the current control value generating means respectively and latch them.
