The distraction device enables a bone fragment (40) removed from a bone (4) to be successively and incrementally distanced from the main bone in order to initiate bone growth bridging over the gap thus formed. The device involves a transport plate (1), a base plate (2) and a transport screw which has a threaded shaft (31), a screw head (30) and a screw point (32). In the base plate is a securing hole, which is located on a specific axis and fixture holes for the bone fixture components are located outside the specific axis, so that the transport screw and the inserted bone fixture components do not collide with each other.
