PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing method for an internet microwave range memory pack for storing or deleting cooking information in a detachable memory pack. SOLUTION: The data processing method for an internet microwave range memory pack comprising a connection deciding step (S110) for deciding whether or not the memory pack is connected to a computer, an execution displaying step (S150) that a preset control program is executed when it is decided that the memory pack is connected to the computer to display the cooking information stored in the memory pack, a data processing step (S160) for storing, adding and deleting the cooking information in the memory pack under the operation of a user after the execution displaying step, a separation deciding step (S170) for deciding whether or not the memory pack is separated from the computer after the processing step and a completion step (S180) for completing the execution of the control program when it is decided that the memory pack is separated from the computer in the separation deciding step.
