PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic Fe alloy having high saturation magnetic flux density, particularly high soft magnetic properties and low core loss. SOLUTION: The soft magnetic Fe alloy has a composition ratio represented by Tx By Mz Qt (wherein T is one or more elements including Fe and selected from Fe, Ni and Co; M is one or more elements selected from Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Mo and W; Q is either or both of Sn and S; and x, y, z and t representing composition ratio satisfy, by atomic %, 75<=x<=93, 0.5<=y<=18, 4<=z<=9 and 0<t<=1.0, respectively.
