PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk on which a wobble made to meander continuously by a signal which is formed by placing a plurality of different frequency signals one upon another, is formed, and to provide an optical disk drive. SOLUTION: The optical disk 1 is provided with a groove meandering continuously by a wobble signal which is formed by placing different frequency signals one upon another. The optical disk drive reads the wobble signal in the optical disk 1 with an optical head 3, and supplies it to a recording and reproducing circuit 5. The recording and reproducing circuit 5 supplies the wobble signal to a first wobble bandpass filter 6 and a second wobble bandpass filter 7 to detect a first and a second wobble signals. A clock generating circuit 8 and a PLL circuit 10 generate a clock from the first wobble signal, and supply it to a control circuit 4 and the recording and reproducing circuit 5. An address detecting circuit 9 detects an address from a second wobble signal. Accordingly, the recording control of the optical disk 1, the rotation control of a spindle motor 2, and the detection of the address can be carried out using the wobble signals. |
