PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device by which temperature is lowered to a level at which a user touching a device inside, so as to remove jammed paper when paper jamming is caused in the image forming device, does not feel discomfort and is not unsafe and also the paper jamming is informed to the user at a separate place by some method. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with a cooling fan, a paper jamming detection sensor to detect the paper jamming during feeding and a controlling part to maintain the rotation of the cooling fan as well as stopping the feeding of paper in the case that the paper jamming is detected by the paper jamming detection sensor and also to stop the rotation of the cooling fan in the case that the paper jamming is solved. |
