PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple press-fitting type torsional damper having superior materiality after heat-aged and increasing sliding torque substantially. SOLUTION: In the torsional damper (pulley body) 10 having a structure integrally assembling a hub 12 and mass 14 by press-fitting a rubber elastic body 16 between the hub (pulley body) 12 and the mass (damper mass) 14 from one side of an axial direction, the rubber elastic body 16 is formed by vulcanized rubber in which xanthate denatured polychloroprene or mercaptan denatured polychloroprene is provided as a rubber component and at least zincoxide and trimethylthiourea are provided as a vulcanizing aid.
