PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over-slide type shutter falling preventive device, in which additional members are reduced extremely without almost working a normal shutter structure and which surely prevents the falling of a shutter. SOLUTION: The falling preventive device for a shutter panel has a structure having a block connecting the lower end of the shutter panel and one end of a balancing means reducing load in the case of the opening and closing of the shutter panel installed at the rear of a horizontal rail or a wire winder by a wire and being placed on a wire section parallel with the horizontal rail in the upper section of the horizontal rail and a hook piece formed at the lower section of the block and capable of being shaken up and down centering around a support shaft.
