PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which can settle an ordered price with security of Internet commerce and facilitate the transfer of the ordered article, and widely notify users of a homepage of the Internet and easily obtain homepage information from the user side. SOLUTION: The identifying method of this invention is embodied by using a non-settlement type card, etc. A device and a method are proposed which enable the settlement of Internet commerce and the transfer of the article while associated with an existent electronic locker, an automatic vending machine, and an electronic cash register device to mutually complement functions. Further, advertisement is always distributed on the display screen of this device and users are able to take its information out by using various input media. |
