SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR FACILITY FIND PLANNING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system with a method and a program for planning a facility investment which easily calculates required internal funds that a business owner must prepare in a short time. SOLUTION: A system for planning a facility investment reduces man power required for a data input process by using a simulation result stored in a history data table 6 when a user inputs the condition data consisting of facility types, staff capacity and construction items from an input terminal 1. A simulation unit 7 for planning the facility investment calculates construction costs based on the condition data stored in a condition table 2 and the cost data stored in a master table for the construction costs 5. The simulation unit calculates internal funds required, which a facility business owner must prepare for, by summarizing subsidies offered by both the central and the local governments and finance offered by a public corporation with helps of a subsidy master table 3 and a finance standard master table 4 and also by subtracting these subsidies and the finance from the construction costs calculated in advance.
