PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tape from being loosened by preventing a tape reel from being unlocked by vibrations during transportation or impact in the case of fall. SOLUTION: A reel lock means is provided for regulating the rotation of the tape reel in the direction of winding out a tape in the case of no use. The reel lock means is composed of engage teeth 17 formed on the tape reel, a lock slider 18 provided movably between a lock position and an unlock position while having an engage piece 20 engaged wit the engage teeth, and an energizing means 27 for energizing the lock slider to the lock position. The engage piece is inclined in the moving direction of the lock slider and has elasticity across the moving direction. Further, a move regulating part 26 is provided to be in contact with the rear face of the engage piece, namely, a face opposite to the energizing direction so as to make the piece engage with the teeth of the tape reel by energizing the lock slider by the energizing means.
