PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing metallic pipe where the metallic pipe with high durability can be obtained. SOLUTION: In a fixing method where a fixed ceramic heater is always brought into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the metallic pipe 1 and heat is supplied, and toner being a recording material is thermally melt- stuck, a shock absorbing member (an elastic member 2 and a wear resistant member 3) absorbing the shock is installed to at least one end surface of the metallic pipe 1.
