URETHANE PREPOLYMER COMPOSITION, PRODUCT FOR FORMING POLYURETHANE ELASTOMER, POLYURETHANE ELASTOMER MOLDING AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide [1] polyurethane elastomer moldings having the similar hardness as the conventional moldings, high mechanical strength and excellent abrasion resistance, and to provide [2] an urethane prepolymer composition capable of forming an elastomer to constitute the moldings having excellent characteristics and a product for forming the polyurethane elastomer for two portion type casting. SOLUTION: [1] The urethane prepolymer composition comprises the mixture of a specific NCO group terminated urethane prepolymer of 100 pts.mass and HDI isocyanurate ring-containing modified body of 2-30 pts.mass in which a content of NCO is 4.0-20.0 mass%. [2] The product comprises a main agent comprising the composition (A) and a curing agent (B). [3] The molding is obtained by thermosetting a mixed solution of the main agent (A) and the curing agent (B) in a mold.
