<p>Disposed internally of a first blade ring member (8) and a second blade ring member (9) are blade ring cooling passageways (14, 15). These blade ring cooling passageways (14, 15) are made to communicate with each other by an axially installed connection pipe (16). Fixed blade cooling air (17) is fed under pressure from the outside of a car interior (1) into a fixed blade added to the blade ring inner wall, and thermal shields (18) are installed on the outer surface of the blade rings (14, 15) and on the outer surface of the connection pipe (16), with a clearance therebetween. Partitions for stagnating the fixed blade cooling air (17) are installed in the clearances between the outer surfaces of the blade rings (8, 9) and connection pipe (16) and the thermal shields (18).</p> |
