PURPOSE: An apparatus for activating microorganism and treatment method of liquid excrement using the same are provided to treat livestock wastewater effectively. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a first water spray pipe (12) which connects the solid/liquid separator to the top of a microorganism activation tank for spraying the urine separated by a spray pump (11); a second water spray pipe (13) connected to the bottom side of the microorganism activation tank; an aeration pipe (15) set at the opposite side of the spray pipe (12) extending to the inside of the microorganism activation tank just above the eddy cone (6) for transferring the liquid urine by an aeration motor (14); an injector (16) provided on the aeration pipe (15) as a tee to suck air from ambient through an aeration pipe (4) connected to the tee of the injector (16); a second aeration pipe (15-1); and a bubble breaker (9) set at the top for removing bubble.
