PURPOSE: A heating method using an infrared substance is provided to obtain hot water with functional ability capable of having effect of far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: In a heating method using an infrared substance, a natural substance or artificial substance emitting far infrared rays is put into water in the part of heating and discharging hot water and then heated and therefore far infrared rays are emitted. Radiant heat phenomenon emitted from an infrared substance is diffused through water in tubing. Therefore, the effect of far infrared rays is obtained over the whole heating area.
