PURPOSE: Provided is a synthesis method of D-glucosamine oligomers from the chitosan pretreated by alkalized anionic water. The oligomers are suitable for oral administration and have excellent functionalities. CONSTITUTION: In the synthesis method of D-glucosamine oligomers from the chitosan pretreated by alkalized anionic water, the chitosan is particularly pretreated by treating it with 0.1-10% of alkalized anionic water at high temperature of 30-125 deg.C and high pressure of 0.4-2.0kg·f/cm¬2 and filtering it.
