PURPOSE: A floating-type water purification device is provided, which is constituted in such a way that several buoys are serially connected on water and string-type media is hung from the buoys toward river bed. Therefore, it is not affected by heavy flood while all kinds of fish inhabit the floating-type water purification device. CONSTITUTION: The floating-type water purification device comprises a means(4) for fixing buoys; a means(3) for connecting above means(4) to buoys(6); several buoys(6) for suspending string-type media(2); string-type media(2) for the attached-growth of microorganism; copper pipe(10) for convecting solar energy collected at solar collector(8); and a temperature regulator(9) which controls heat supply to the buoy.
