The invention relates to the use of exchange-active sheets for producing body compresses for the cosmetic or medical-dermatological treatment of spa guests and patients, particularly combined with an occlusive film. The invention also relates to a pre-product and device for preparing and applying the exchange-active sheets in conjunction with the inventive use.
