摘要 The present Myrtaceae wine consist of a squeezed juice of fruit from Rhodomyrtus tomentosa, and a rice-wine, in which Rhodomyrtus tomentosa is a plant of family Myrtaceae. The preparation process comprises fruit selecting, washing, air-drying, squeezing, filtering to provide a squeezed juice, and then mixing with a rice wine. The wine is palatable and refreshing and has good color. The invention uses fresh juice prepared by squeezing fruit, thus the wine remains flavor and nutrients of natural fruit, fulfilling the demand of both drinking and health-caring.
